Return Policy

To ensure that we are able to deliver your order in the shortest time possible, your order is processed as soon as your order is placed, therefore we are not able to cancel or make changes to your order. You can decide to return your item within 15 days from the invoiced date.

To be eligible for a return, item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and undamaged, including its price tags, label, original packaging and attached in your parcel the Return Form. BodyGlove.com.my reserves the right to deny the refund if the item does not meet our requirement.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How to return your order:
– Login to BodyGlove.com.my and create an online return request. Go to “My Account” -> “Orders“, on your order click “Request Warranty”.
– Select “Request Warranty” to refund an item. Enter refund information and click submit the refund request.

– Download and fill in the return form and include it in your parcel.
– Please ensure the return items are in the same condition that you received it, unworn and undamaged, including its price tags, label, original packaging.
– Use a good damage resistant packaging, wrap your item and seal the parcel well.
