2. My discount code is not working. What do I do?
We are sorry you are having trouble checking out. Please note that some discount codes require users to create an account on the site and be logged in upon check out to utilize the discount code.
3. How do I pay for my order?
BodyGlove accepts payment via Visa and MasterCard credit card, FPX and online banking. All the payment transaction is supported by MOLPay Sdn Bhd. MOLPay Gateway currently is the safest and award-winning online payment gateway that facilitates e-commerce merchants’ online store in Malaysia to process online transactions.
4. Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping and cannot accept credit cards from outside of Malaysia.
5. How long will it take me to get my order?
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. For more details on shipping, click here.
6. Can do I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, no. We start to process your order as soon as we receive it, therefore you will not be able to cancel or make changes to your order.
7. How can I check the status of my order?
We know you can’t wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you with the tracking number(s) when your order ships via SMS or email. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
8. How do I make a return?
Returns are accepted for all items within 15 days from the invoiced date. Please visit our returns page to initiate the returns process.
9. How do I make an exchange?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Alternately, you can return the unused goods back to us using our returns page and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.
10. Do you offer Free Return Shipping?
All return shipping and fees involved are at the cost of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
11. What do I do if my order is damaged?
We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition. We regret to inform that BodyGlove.com.my is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
