• Discount is not valid with any other gift voucher, discounted, best buys and special promotions.
• Membership is not transferable.
• Body Glove (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to amend these terms & conditions without prior notice.
• The card is an official membership identification and must be presented during making payment for purchase to the cashier. Failure to do so will result in no discount being given for the particular purchase. Further correspondence will not be entertained.
• A fee of RM5 will be charged for any replacement of the lost and damaged card.

1. How do I become a Body Glove member?
   Qualify by spending RM200 and above in a single receipt at any of the participaty Body Glove outlets.
   
   
2. What are my Body Glove membership privileges?

3. What do I do if I loss or damage my Body Glove Privilege Card?
   Please personally drop in any of the Body Glove stores in Malaysia. A fee or RM5 will be charged for any replacement of the lost and damage card.
   
   
4. How long is a Body Glove membership valid for?
   Body Glove membership is no valid period.
   
   
5. How do I update my personal information?
   You can drop in any of the Body Glove store in Malaysia to update your personal details OR you may update your personal information by dropping an email to bgmembers@bodyglove.com.my
   
   
6. Can I use my BGPC in Sales?
   Body Glove Privilege Card can be used during normal period and at sales period.
   
   
7. Can I use my BGPC at departmental store counters?
   No, Body Glove Privilege Card only available at all concept outlets.
   
   
8. Can I use my Body Glove membership in other countries?
   No, Body Glove membership is currently only applicable in Malaysia.
   
   
9. Can I get some free stickers and posters?
   Unfortunately, we are not giving away stickers at this time but would like to encourage you to register your e-mail address to receive our updates news and events.
   
   
10. I am a tourist. Can I apply for the Body Glove membership?
    Yes, you are welcome, to apply for the Body Glove Privilege Card even you are a tourist.
